Does anyone else experience falling asleep and waking with a jolt, feeling like you almost just dies? Not sure if explaining it properly

Yea , I thought I was here to help others and do do do , be a mother a wife . And ended up alone and have no idea what I am even doing here . I don't want to do anything and get kind of scared at that notion sometimes

The tones in my ears are like a hum in an engine room. Been happening off and on for almost a year. At first I thought someone was playing loud music next door hut the it was still there in the middle of the woods.

Michigan Space monkey command. Light worker is an ok term. Galactic Shaman is more fun. Multidimensional entities as well. More like decades here, but really started popping when I put up a beacon and made a ruckus about it all. About the same time as you. Distinguishing between that, and time echoes is tricky. So I came back today because I really wanted to experience more of the meditation consciously. Although I did manage to remember more, I still went so deep I forgot some of it... 😆 I figure I will just continue to come back off and on until I can remember the whole thing. I have a question if you would be so kind. I was doing the meditation and I have this thing that happens sometimes during meditation I wondered if it was common. I basically black out, and become completely unconscious of the meditation. Now for about 20 minutes of this one I was just gone. And I wonder why this happens, it's not sleep ( I am sitting up) it doesn't occur every meditation. I've asked this question before but never gotten an answer. So if you know Jay, why does this happen or what's going on when this happens I would love to know. I haven't heard others bring it up and it can't just be a me thing. Thank you for your time.❤️
